Automotion commenced business in 1982 operating at its present location in South Dunedin as light engineering and an automotive repair shop. We have provided expert automotive servicing in Dunedin for more than 40 years.

Automotive Repair, Maintenance and Light Engineering
Our automotive repairs and servicing team have a lot of experience working on Isuzu DMAX and MU vehicles. We build on this experience to carryout servicing and maintenance along with the fitting of accessories to all of SUV using our SUV and ute experience base to provide quality specialised servicing and accessory fitting on all types of utes and 4wd vehicles.
We also service and repair several commercial vehicle fleets and we have a long list of private clients, some who have been bringing their cars and other vehicles to us for many years.
Automotion has gained a stellar reputation over the years for fixing, repairing or rebuilding pretty much anything automotive and sometimes non-automotive, that can be fixed, repaired or rebuilt.
From repairing mag and steel wheel rims, rebuilding steering and suspension components, power steering pumps to welding, fitting, turning, we always have a variety of projects on the go.
